Leah J. Asay, CPCS
Leah is a nationally Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) with more than 12 years of experience and has been with Lane Independent Practice Association (Lipa) since September 1995. She has experience in all aspects of provider and facility credentialing. She also has extensive experience in the medical field, including medical claims adjudication, business office functions, and medical office management.
Harley G. Farley, CPCS
Harley is a nationally Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) with more than 14 years of experience at Agate Healthcare. He worked as a claims analyst for five years servicing Lane Independent Practice Association's Oregon Health Plan product and EHA's self-insured health plans. He has served as a credentialing specialist with IPS since July 2001.
